The Fraser Coast Enterprise Zone, a joint initiative between the Hervey Bay City Council and Maryborough City Council,  offers established and emerging businesses access to prime fully serviced industrial land throughout the two major centres of Maryborough and Hervey Bay at significantly lower rates per square metre than the state’s capital, Brisbane.
